honey

We did the most amazing shoot this week for Kinfolk and we are still just reeling from it. Sarah and David so graciously let us witness the beautiful process of harvesting honey. It is seriously stunning. Aside from it being a stunner to look at, the honey tastes so darn good. We got a bottle when we left and we have somehow worked honey into every meal we have had since. (We are having hot dogs tonight-pretty sure the honey run will end there.)

  11. beautiful. I've been buying jars of local whenever they cross my path. A dab in greek yogurt, a teaspoon in a cup of milk oolong, or just a sweet bite at the end of the night. I can't wait to see it in kinfolk.
